Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all apps developed by Mustafa Ergisi, including OnDevice LLM, MeetMind, Prompt Pilot, SQL Prep, and others available on the App Store.

General principles

I believe privacy is a fundamental right. My apps are designed to collect as little data as possible, and in many cases, no data at all.

OnDevice LLM — Offline AI Chat

No data collected. All AI inference runs locally on your device. Your conversations, system prompts, and model usage are never transmitted to any server. The app has no network-connected backend. Model files are downloaded directly from Hugging Face to your device.

Prompt Pilot — AI Prompt Library

Prompt Pilot may collect anonymized analytics (app opens, feature usage) via Mixpanel to understand how features are used. No personally identifiable information is collected. AI generation features use the OpenAI API — prompts you submit are processed per OpenAI's privacy policy.

MeetMind — AI Meeting Notes

Audio recordings are processed via OpenAI Whisper API for transcription. Recordings are not stored on our servers beyond processing. Summaries are generated via OpenAI and are not retained. Anonymized usage analytics may be collected.

SQL Prep, CRE Flyer Maker, WhenCast & others

These apps may collect anonymized usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected. Some apps use third-party APIs (OpenAI, weather services) subject to their respective privacy policies.

This website (ondevicellm.app)

The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region and referring site. It does not identify you, and it is entirely separate from the OnDevice LLM app — the app itself still collects nothing. You can block it with any content blocker or your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Data we may collect

• Analytics: anonymized app usage data (screens visited, features used, crash reports) to improve the apps.
• Purchase history: App Store purchase records managed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
• No personal data: we do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it (e.g. support requests).

Third-party services

• OpenAI API — for AI generation features. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymized website traffic statistics for ondevicellm.app only. Not used in the apps.
• Mixpanel — anonymized analytics. No personally identifiable information transmitted.
• Apple App Store — for purchases and subscription management.
• Hugging Face — model downloads for OnDevice LLM (direct download, no account required).

Data retention

Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months. No personal data is retained.

Children's privacy

My apps are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Since I collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. For analytics opt-out, you can disable analytics tracking in your device's privacy settings.
